The daughter of a journalist and a librarian, Annie Wilson has always loved words. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Japanese and History) and a Diploma of Education (TESOL and LOTE) from The University of Western Australian. Annie is fascinated by culture and communication in all forms and has lived and taught ESL and Japanese in places as different as Karratha, rural Victoria, Kochi (Japan), Milan and Melbourne. Animals and plants have a special place in her heart, as do her husband and two children. Now happily based back in sunny Perth, Annie is looking forward to being able to travel again. Annie has an ongoing interest in supporting young people, especially those living with a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/POTS diagnosis. She is currently writing Young Adult contemporary fiction full-time.
